Last Class of the Year

Today was my last class for 2013, the next few weeks I will be working on 2014 classes. I just had to post the projects from today's class …Air Chasing. These all turned out so beautiful this photo really doesn't show off the beauty of the colors we got on these cuffs. Great job ladies. I think I had as much fun teaching this class as you had taking it.

Welcome Brendan

Yesterday's class was so much fun and what made it even more fun we had Brendan in our class. Brendan is Ronna's 16 year old nephew, he is here visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday and decided to come to the chainmaille class. This was Brendan's very first attempt at chainmaille and he did a great job. Brendan ….how did you weave that so fast??? Thanks Ronna's for bringing him to class, he must have thought we were all crazy…he fit in perfectly.

This to That

So I love to share things that I find that might help make your life a little easier. Today I was googling around to see what type of adhesive  I could use to glue rubber to glass. This is a very cool site that helps you find just the right product. Just fill in the blanks of what you want to glue together and wha-laa ...you get an answer. Here is the link:

Bead Shop Hop

Thought some of you might be interested in participating in this event. I have no more information on it except what is on this flyer, looks like you can go to Facebook LVbeadshophop for more info.
Sounds like fun and great way to learn where all our local bead stores are in town.

Make and Take

The Art Clay World Booth is always one of the more popular booths at the glass show. People line up an hour early just to get a chance to take a free class in the booth.
I always have so much fun teaching in the Art Clay World Booth. Everyone was so creative this year and I was so happy to meet so many nice, talented people.

2013 Glass Expo Show

Whew! 4 long days at the glass show here in Las Vegas but it was full of fun meeting lots and lots of new people and always so much fun working with all the Art Clay World team they are just the best! This year we had so many new items in our product line I just couldn't believe it. I hope you were able to stop by and see all our new goodies and watch the many demonstrations we had to going on every hour. If it was your first time meeting me and need more information please don't hesitate contacting me and to the Art Clay World team ... thanks for making the show so much fun and so glad it was a great success as it is every year. I can't wait to work with you all again next year. I just  had to get a photo of the guitar that was across from our both all decorated with glass, it was pretty darn cool. Right after I finished at the show I was off to the ACM award show ...the Fan Jam at the Orleans. Too much fun, when I get a chance I will write a post on my La-Dee-Dah-Day Blog.

Aliens are here

Looks like Aliens have taken over my blog, I have emailed until I am blue in the face but I am getting no response. Somehow Photobucket has messed around with my blog. The 4 big gray boxes that have a photobucket logo on it should really be my buttons that represent the other pages on my blog. I don't know what is going on. I didn't even use Photobucket for ANY of the main parts of my blog design, I occasionally pulled a fun photo to put on my blog.
Sorry for any inconvenience but until I get this worked out you will have to click on the ugly gray boxes to get where you want to go. They are still in order so to get to my classes click on he very first one and to get to my personal blog click on the very last one. If anybody has any suggestions on how to get rid of them please give me a heads up. I don't want to delete my blog because I paid a company to help make the buttons that connect my blog together ....yes I have contacted them too and haven't heard back....it's going to be a long week.
Have a great weekend everyone and watch out for them aliens.
